ImpressionFX PaintEngine
Turns any photograph into a unique illustration
With 6 brush types, 3 brush stroke algorithms, and 88
parameters to give each an unprecedented amount of variety, ImpressionFX is
the most versatile paint engine ever created. The sheer variety of effects
that can be produced with a single pass of the filter is what makes it
worthwhile.
Just like with paint, the filter creates texture and
character, while softening unnecessary details. Many settings exist that
create convincing paint effects, but the addition of Paint Logic and 80
different blending modes gives a wide variety of effects that look nothing
like paint (in a good way). All this power makes it easy to become lost,
which is why we've included 200 distinct presets to act as starting points.
